Granting Process
Individual Grants
Hospital Case Managers or Community Social Workers can apply directly to the foundation using an Emergency Grant Application Form for the benefit of an indigent client. If approved by Sedona, Ltd., payment will be made only and directly to the entity providing goods or services benefiting the client. No cash grants will be given directly to qualified applicants.
lump sum grants
Organizations with Case Managers or Social Workers with access to a 501(c)3 charitable organization may receive a lump sum grant from Sedona, Ltd. to be used for servicing eligible clients. Payment will still be made directly to the entity providing goods or services and no cash grants will go to qualified applicants. Sedona,Ltd on request will have access to records documenting such financial transactions.
